We saw this reality firsthand among our own friends, relatives, and colleagues. While children were pushing hard to conquer the world abroad, their roots their parents back home were growing fragile and helpless. We didn't want to just watch this happen. We felt a deep need for a reliable bridge that seamlessly blends professional-grade property management with genuinely compassionate, human elder care. That is exactly why we took this path.

Driven by that profound sense of responsibility, we took our very first steps in the latter part of 2024. Back then, we had no brand name, no website, and absolutely no commercial goals. We didn't operate as a business; we operated purely as a service of goodwill, stepping in personally to manage the lives, homes, and health of just two families. We promised those children abroad that we would treat their parents as our very own.

Over time, because of the absolute honesty and dedication of our service, word spread organically without a single advertisement. Those 2 initial homes beautifully grew into over 10+ families. Throughout this journey, we realized that this specialized care needed to be expanded systematically and with ultimate responsibility to reach more children around the world.

That brings us to 2026. To elevate this care to the highest standard, we officially merged our vision with the professional strength and expertise of Prestige Facility Management Services, bringing this noble mission to you under our proud official identity: Root Guard.

No matter how much we grow institutionally or professionally, the core heartbeat of our bond remains unchanged. Today, we are not just another service provider; we are the brother or sister you wish you could be for your parents every single day. If you were back in Sri Lanka, you would handle every single detail for your parents from making sure they take their medication to ensuring their hearts are happy. To maintain our unmatched standards of personal care, we currently operate exclusively within the Moratuwa, Kollupitiya, and Nugegoda areas. Because our directors personally supervise and monitor every single home, our expansion is intentionally structured and gradual.
